What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna at checkout.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouse for processing. Once placed, they cannot be canceled or modified. If needed, you may request a return after receiving your order.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@skovn.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days. Furniture and oversized items ship via freight and may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines are listed on each product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $3,500. Free shipping is also available on select items where indicated on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within North America. We may accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. If delivery cannot be arranged after purchase, your order will be fully refunded.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to become active. Tracking details are sent when the label is created, which may be before the package leaves the warehouse. Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx.
What carriers do you use?
All orders are primarily shipped via UPS. If another carrier is used, it will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with tracking details. Furniture ships via freight carriers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and sent back in original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For full details, visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following are non-returnable: items marked Final Sale, Made to Order, Cut to Order, or Special Order. Installed lighting and wallpaper, and bedding that has been opened or washed are also excluded.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@skovn.com with your order number. If your item qualifies for a free return, we'll provide a complimentary return label. Oversized furniture returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If a gift card or store credit was used, the refund will first be issued as store credit.
Product Care & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every piece is backed by our quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. It reflects our commitment to lasting quality and considered craftsmanship. For any claim, contact us at support@skovn.com.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
For oversized or white glove deliveries, inspect the item before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Contact us at support@skovn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
How should I care for leather furniture?
Dust weekly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Apply a quality leather conditioner every 6–12 months. Blot spills immediately — never rub. Keep furniture at least 50 cm from heat sources and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Natural leather develops a unique patina over time.
How should I care for fabric upholstery?
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. Treat spills immediately by blotting with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rotate and fluff cushions periodically to maintain shape and even wear.
