Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items ordered together may ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different dates. We are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

Furniture and oversized items ship via freight carriers and require longer processing and transit times. Timeframes shown on each product page reflect estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse.

All orders ship primarily via UPS. If another carrier is used, it will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email. Rates below apply to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis — if an international shipment cannot be arranged, the order will be fully refunded.

Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $3,500 — Standard delivery only. Select items may also include free shipping when clearly indicated on the product page.

Express shipping is available on eligible items only. Larger furniture and oversized pieces are not eligible for express shipping.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item is marked as eligible for return on the product page, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items qualifying for free returns will include a complimentary return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, in new, unused, and unwashed condition with no signs of wear. If a gift card or store credit was applied, any refund will first be issued as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Made to Order, Cut to Order, and Special Order items
  • Installed lighting or wallpaper
  • Bedding opened, washed, or removed from original packaging

Oversized Returns

Contact support@skovn.com to arrange oversized or freight returns. These are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the item's original pre-discounted price, less original shipping charges. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Orders refused at delivery or cancelled in transit for non-damage-related reasons are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages & Delivery Inspection

All items must be fully inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be noted at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact support@skovn.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Variations & Measurements

Variations in weave, color, texture, and dimensions may occur and are inherent to handmade or natural materials — these are not defects. Please measure your space carefully before ordering. Returns due to sizing issues may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
