Dispatch and Shipping
Orders are processed within the preparation timeframe displayed directly on each product page, after payment is received.
Our items are shipped directly from our overseas production and fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or the size and nature of the item.
Items ordered together may be dispatched separately, shipped in multiple packages, and delivered on different dates. Tracking information is provided by email as soon as each shipment is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.
Orders are shipped via our carrier partners, depending on the destination and the size, weight, and nature of the item. The carrier used for each shipment will be identified in the shipping confirmation email.
Furniture, oversized, and heavy items may require specialized freight delivery and longer transit times. When applicable, the freight carrier may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.
We currently ship only to valid street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Available shipping services, applicable charges, and estimated delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $3,500 — Standard delivery only. Select items may also include free shipping when clearly indicated on the product page.

Express shipping is available on eligible items only. Larger furniture and oversized pieces are not eligible for express shipping.

Damages & Delivery Inspection
All items must be fully inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be noted at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact support@skovn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Variations & Measurements
Variations in weave, color, texture, and dimensions may occur and are inherent to handmade or natural materials — these are not defects. Please measure your space carefully before ordering. Returns due to sizing issues may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
