Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item is marked as eligible for return on the product page, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items qualifying for free returns will include a complimentary return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, in new, unused, and unwashed condition with no signs of wear. If a gift card or store credit was applied, any refund will first be issued as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Made to Order, Cut to Order, and Special Order items
- Installed lighting or wallpaper
- Bedding opened, washed, or removed from original packaging
Oversized Returns
Contact support@skovn.com to arrange oversized or freight returns. These are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the item's original pre-discounted price, less original shipping charges. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Orders refused at delivery or cancelled in transit for non-damage-related reasons are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages & Delivery Inspection
All items must be fully inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be noted at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact support@skovn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Variations & Measurements
Variations in weave, color, texture, and dimensions may occur and are inherent to handmade or natural materials — these are not defects. Please measure your space carefully before ordering. Returns due to sizing issues may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
